School readiness sessions

Available for children commencing Prep in 2025. 

Our Qualified Early Years Learning & Development Specialists will support your child's developing skills to ensure they have a solid foundation to build future capabilities and become a successful, confident learner. 

How do I know if my child is ready?

• Children must be able to detach from parents/carer prior to entering the learning studio (you will be invited to join us from time to time to show case what we have learnt)
• Children must be able to toilet themselves independently (if your child has special needs please discuss this with our staff upon booking).

Each session is based on the Early Years Learning Framework and age appropriate development goals. 

• language (oral, expressive and receptive)
• cognitive development (working memory, attention, processing information, cognitive flexibility, applying prior knowledge)
• gross & fine motor skills (essential development skills required for daily life)
• social & emotional skills (regulation of emotions, interactions with peers)
